Mentoring. I was twice a mentor at EPAM's DesignSpot School 2020 – 21, where teams of Middle and Junior designers developed training products from idea to working prototype within 3 months. I led teamwork and mentored designers.
Knowledge sharing. Together with the designers, I worked with, we organised design meetups to share knowledge with other departments of the company and each other, and to deepen our knowledge of different design disciplines.
